MoonGate may share data with: counterparties and transaction parties where necessary for coordination and subject to NDA or consent; compliance and screening providers for AML/CTF and sanctions screening; technology service providers including cloud hosting, CRM, and communication tools; legal and regulatory authorities where required by Qatari law; and professional advisors bound by confidentiality.
