Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "MoonGate" means MoonGate Administrative & Commercial Services W.L.L, a company registered and operating in Qatar.
• "Platform" means the website moongateqa.com and any associated digital tools or services.
• "User" means any individual, company, or entity accessing or using the Platform.
• "Member" means a User who has registered and been accepted for a membership plan.
• "Services" means the administrative and commercial coordination services provided by MoonGate.
• "Deal" means any preliminary commercial listing, indication of interest, or coordination opportunity posted on the Platform.
• "KYC/KYB" means Know Your Customer / Know Your Business document coordination procedures.

MoonGate provides: administrative and commercial coordination support; structured communication between verified business parties; preliminary KYC/KYB document collection and coordination; business matching and commercial introduction services; and deal workflow structuring and documentation support.

By accessing or using the MoonGate Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any parties engaging with MoonGate's services.

Users may access and use the Platform for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information at all times
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Notify MoonGate immediately of any unauthorized use of their account
• Not misrepresent their identity, authority, or the nature of their business
• Comply with all applicable laws, including export control and sanctions regulations

MoonGate's coordination services are subject to the following conditions:

• All services are subject to successful KYC/KYB screening and compliance review
• Listings and deal opportunities are preliminary in nature and do not constitute binding offers
• Commission and service terms are governed by separate signed agreements
• MoonGate may modify, suspend, or withdraw any service at its discretion
• Service availability may vary by jurisdiction, deal type, and member status

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent MoonGate's commercial chain or commission rights
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, sanctions evasion, or terrorism financing
• Soliciting other users to bypass MoonGate's services
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content
• Sharing confidential deal information, buyer/seller identities, or restricted data publicly
• Using the Platform for any purpose prohibited by Qatari law or applicable international regulations

All content on the Platform, including text, design, logos, graphics, data compilations, and software, is the property of MoonGate Administrative & Commercial Services W.L.L or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted. Users must not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent.

MoonGate specifically disclaims liability for: loss arising from failed, delayed, or incomplete transactions; actions or omissions of third parties, counterparties, or intermediaries; inaccuracies in deal listings or third-party documents; sanctions exposure or regulatory non-compliance involving counterparties; and platform downtime, technical errors, or data loss.

Users acknowledge that they may receive access to confidential commercial information through the Platform. Users agree to: keep all confidential information strictly confidential; use confidential information solely for the purpose of evaluating or completing the relevant commercial transaction; not disclose confidential information to third parties without MoonGate's written consent; and execute and comply with any NDA, NCNDA, or IMFPA required by MoonGate.

MoonGate may suspend or terminate a User's access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, including where: the User breaches these Terms or any associated policy; KYC/KYB compliance requirements are not met or are withdrawn; MoonGate determines that continued access poses compliance or reputational risk; or the User provides false or misleading information.

Upon termination, all licences granted are immediately revoked. Accrued rights and obligations shall survive termination.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

MoonGate reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform with the effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
